The Shiite duo, comprising Hezbollah and the Amal Movement, has decided not to participate in the parliamentary consultations aimed at forming a new government, according to a report by NBN. 

Prime Minister-Designate Nawaf Salam is set to begin non-binding parliamentary consultations on Wednesday and Thursday at Parliament, taking his first step toward forming a new government. These consultations are a standard procedure, allowing the designated prime minister to engage with parliamentary blocs to discuss their visions and expectations for the upcoming government.
