Kataeb Leader Samy Gemayel on Tuesday met with United Kingdom Ambassador to Lebanon Hamish Cowell who came in an acquaintance visit during which they discussed the latest developments in Lebanon.

Talks focused on the swift election of a Head of State in a bid to ensure the regularity of institutions’s work.

Both also agreed on the importance of conducting the necessary reforms and conclude the agreement with the International Monetary Fund in a bid to end the country’s collapse.

The meeting was attended by the party’s International Affairs Secretary Marwan Abdallah.
