Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel met with Belgian Ambassador to Lebanon Koen Vervaeke in an acquaintance visit at the Kataeb headquarters in Saifi.

During the meeting, the pair discussed the country’s latest developments as well as the ties between Lebanon and Belguim.

Talks also focused on the role of Belguim and the European Union in supporting Lebanon to get out of its political and economic crises.

The meeting was attended by Former Economy Minister Dr. Alain Hakim as well as the party’s International Affairs Coordinator Marwan Abdallah.
