L'armée libanaise a annoncé vendredi avoir arrêté deux individus suspectés d'avoir pris part à une dispute qui a dégénéré en un échange de tirs faisant quatre blessés, dans le quartier de Bab el-Tebbané, à Tripoli, capitale du Liban-Nord.
Selon le communiqué de la troupe, F.A. et H. H. ont été arrêtés dans le cadre de perquisitions menées suite à une dispute à caractère personnel, mais qui a dégénéré en un échange de tirs, causant quatre blessés. Un fusil d'assaut de type Kalachnikov et des munitions ont été saisis. Les deux suspects ont été déférés devant les autorités judiciaires compétentes. L'enquête se poursuit.
Les disputes armées et incidents sécuritaires sont assez fréquents à Tripoli, ville la plus pauvre du bassin méditerranéen.
