The black market exchange rate of the US dollar recorded on Thursday evening 37,500 LBP for sale and 37,600 LBP for purchase.
Banque du Liban issued a statement saying: "The trading volume on the "Sayrafa" platform for today amounted to $26,000,000/26 million US dollars at a rate of 30,100 LBP per dollar according to the exchange rates of operations carried out by banks and exchange institutions on the platform."
