The European Council announced on Tuesday a €60 million commitment from the European Peace Facility to support the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF), aiming to enhance their capacity to maintain stability in southern Lebanon in line with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701.

Israeli forces continue to establish new military positions along the border with Lebanon, with construction teams actively working to set up sites for deployment. According to Israel Hayom, most of the new positions are planned to be located between Israeli settlements and the border fence, in accordance with the Northern Command’s strategic plan.

Maelyn Jarmon from Texas won Season 16 of "The Voice" on Tuesday, delivering a victory to the team led by the show's new coach John Legend.
Gyth Rigdon of DeRidder, Louisiana, ended up as first runner-up.
"Maelyn, I'm just so grateful I got to work with you all this time. You could have chosen any of us to coach you, and you chose me, and it's been such a wonderful, wonderful thrilling experience to work with you. Thank you,” Legend told Jarmon before the results were announced.
26-year-old Jarmon, who is deaf in one ear, earned a four-chair turn during the Blind Auditions, and was the first member to join Team Legend.
