Israeli forces carried out a series of demolitions, airstrikes and artillery attacks across southern Lebanon overnight and into early morning, targeting multiple towns in what appeared to be an escalation of ground and aerial activity.
At dawn, Israeli troops destroyed several buildings in the al-Maslakh neighborhood of Bint Jbeil, while military bulldozers were seen carrying out extensive earthworks and demolition operations in the area.
An explosion was also reported on the outskirts of Kfarshouba, in an area known as Shanouh, according to local reports.
In Mays al-Jabal, Israeli forces destroyed the Imam al-Sadr Sports Complex after setting fire overnight to ambulances belonging to the Risala Scout Association.

Further east, in Khiyam, the town’s official vocational institute, located at its southern entrance, was completely destroyed after Israeli forces that had advanced into the area rigged the building with explosives and detonated it overnight.
Israeli artillery shelling was also reported targeting the town of Kounine.
Overnight, Israeli forces dropped illumination flares over villages across the western and central sectors of southern Lebanon, while drones continued to fly at low altitude over the Tyre region.
Later in the night, Israeli troops carried out another large-scale demolition operation in Khiyam, blowing up residential homes in the town, which lies in the Marjeyoun District.
