Former U.S. president Barrack Obama said that the reason why Argentina has failed many times in winning the World Cup is that the players don’t play as a team in spite of having Lionel Messi in their ranks.
"Even people that we consider geniuses work with other people in order to develop their style,” Obama said in an interview on football when at the EXMA Conference in Bogota.
"In Argentina, even though Messi is wonderful, they have problems winning the World Cup.”
"My advice to young people is that we have to recognize very few people achieve great things on their own," he added.
