Head of Kataeb Students and Youth Elias Semaan said that history would judge, highlighting the need to separate from Hezbollah’s State.

“We are offered two options: either we restore our country from statelet or we separate from Hezbollah's State,” Semaan tweeted.

"He ran away... they celebrated. He handed over the country to Hezbollah... they celebrated. He failed to rule the country... they celebrated. Let history judge, and let us focus on major confrontation,” he added.
