Lawmaker Samy Gemayel won the internal elections of the Kataeb Party on Sunday, receiving 357 votes as his only contender Abdo Kahale garnered 22.
After the end of the vote counting process, the results were as follows:

Abdo Kahale: 22 votes
Null Votes: 5
White Papers: 2
The elections were held on the third day of Kataeb's 32nd General Conference.
