Following his participation in the Administration and Justice Committee meeting and the approval of the Clinical Pharmacist Law, President of the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists Joe Salloum indicated that "this step is of paramount importance to maintain a patient's health and care for him, especially in hospitals, through the active participation of pharmacists."

Salloum called for the adoption of the decrees implementing the National Drug Agency law which ensures the quality control of medicines.
