Public Health Emergency Operations Center: One Dead, Thirty Injured in Israeli Airstrikes on Bekaa
Public Health Emergency Operations Center of Lebanon's Public Health Ministry on Wednesday released a detailed final report on the Israeli airstrikes targeting the Bekaa region on the night of Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
According to the report, the attacks resulted in the death of one Lebanese citizen and injured thirty individuals.
The casualties include:
- Five people required hospitalization, with one in critical condition.
- Among the injured, nine are children.
- The victims comprise twenty-six Lebanese citizens and four Syrians.
