In a recent update on the abduction of Lebanese Forces Coodinator in Jbeil Pascal Sleiman, the Lebanese army confirmed in a statement on the "X" platform that it was able to arrest most of the Syrian gang members involved in the kidnapping operation. 

The statement revealed that the abducted was killed by them while they attempted to steal his car in the Jbeil area, and they transported his body to Syria.

It affirmed that the army command is coordinating with the Syrian authorities to hand over the body and that the investigations will continue under the supervision of the Public Prosecution Office.
