Political and sovereign sources confirmed to "Nidaa Al-Watan" newspaper that a meeting will take place between Lebanese Forces Leader Samir Geagea and Kataeb Party Leader Samy Gemayel in Maarab.

The sources added, "The political meeting will outline a shared roadmap between the Lebanese Forces and the Kataeb Party during the new presidential term."

The sources concluded, "The meeting will be held away from the media, shortly before the expanded opposition meeting in Maarab."

On another note, a meeting of the executive body of the Lebanese Forces and the Strong Republic bloc will be held via Zoom platform, before the Geagea-Gemayel meeting and the opposition meeting.
