Kataeb Lawmaker Nadim Gemayel on Thursday pointed out that "the statement of the  Lebanese Army is unacceptable, and the least that can be said about it is that it trivializes and belittles what happened in Kahale."

"The statement either intentionally or negligently overlooked identifying the party responsible for transporting the ammunition and its destination. More importantly, the army did not clarify whether the cargo was placed in one of its military facilities or handed over to a militia-affiliated military center," Gemayel wrote on "X" platform, formerly known as Twitter.
