Mufti Derian Meets with US Ambassador to Lebanon Dorothy Shea
Grand Mufti Abdel Latif Derian on Thursday met with US ambassador to Lebanon Dorothy Shea, with talks featuring high on the latest developments in Lebanon and the region.
Separately, Derian met with Beirut Governor, Judge Marwan Abboud who briefed the Mufti on the conditions of the capital.
The pair agreed to vigorously and permanently follow up on all matters that concern the city in these difficult circumstances, especially standing by the families and people of the Beirut.
