Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel on Tuesday paid tribute to former President-elect Bachir Gemayel on the 39th anniversary of his assassination, affirming that the party will not deviate or compromise until achieving the latter’s dream of having a new Lebanon.

“We will continue to speak up the truth no matter how difficult the task, and we will not compromise until we achieve your dream of a new Lebanon,” Gemayel wrote on twitter .
