Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel on Thursday called on officials to provide the cancer medicines for those in need, stressing that there is nothing more important that the Lebanese’ health.

“This is not how you treat heroes like Rachelle, heroes who fought for their lives and defeated the disease so at the end a political system comes and cut off the medicines from the people,” Gemayel wrote on Twitter.

“There is nothing more important than the Lebanese’ health. All the security services must act immediately,” he said.
