Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel on Saturday called on Lebanese officials to resign immediately, holding them responsible for the deteriorating economic situation currently prevailing over the country.

“We will not wait for the parliamentary elections to be held, your resignation has now become a condition for our survival,” Gemayel wrote on Twitter.
