Resigned Kataeb lawmaker Nadim Gemayel on Friday blamed the current ruling authority for the dreadful collapse prevailing over the country, deeming the situation as sad and shameful.

“The country is collapsing, the State is deteriorating, and officials, namely the Christians are distracted by ridiculous topics, fake battles and empty slogans, careless about the catastrophe happening around them,” Gemayel tweeted.
