Kataeb leader Samy Gemayel on Thursday congratulated the Lebanese on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, wishing them a happy one amid the deteriorated situation the country is currently going through.
“Happy Eid Fitr to all the comrades, friends and Lebanese in general, hoping we will meet next year in better circumstances,” Gemayel wrote in Twitter.
“We will remain together so as to have a better Lebanon that resembles our youth and embodies their aspirations,” he said.
