“You beat Mohammad Zbib, order the arrest of Mohammed Bazih, and you plot to further elevate security crackdowns,” Saba slammed in a tweet.
“Is it people’s fault for speaking out the truth and claiming their basic rights, after that you’ve seized their dreams and confiscated the glimmer of light in their eyes?” he questioned.
Communist Party's Youth and Students' Sector Command member, Mohammed Bazih, arrested earlier, was released on Wednesday from al-Helo army barracks, as reported by the National News Agency.
Also, Journalist Mohammad Zbib was assaulted and beaten by unknown assailants in Hamra, NNA stated.
