After a hiatus of more than three years, Judge Tarek Bitar, the lead investigative judge in the Beirut Port explosion case, is set to hold the first interrogation session today.
The judge has resumed questioning several defendants involved in the case at his office in the Beirut Justice Palace.
As scheduled, he is expected to continue the hearings until the end of the month as part of the first phase of summonses.
