Israeli Drone Strike Hits Hezbollah Operatives Transporting Weapons in Southern Lebanon

An Israeli drone strike reportedly targeted two vans in the southern Lebanese town of Tayr Debba, located in the Tyre district, resulting in the deaths of several individuals.

According to initial reports, four people were killed inside the targeted vehicles, while three others were killed nearby at the time of the strike.

The Israeli army confirmed the attack, stating that it had carried out the strike after identifying Hezbollah operatives loading a vehicle with weapons. The Israeli military emphasized that the strike aimed to neutralize the weapons on the vehicle, citing the need to eliminate any threats posed to Israel.

The Israeli army further reaffirmed its commitment to the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon, asserting, however, that it would continue to respond to any threats against Israel and its citizens.
