Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz declared that the leader of Hezbollah has become a designated target following overnight attacks on Israel involving rockets and drones.

“The Hezbollah terror organization will pay a heavy price for the attacks on Israel, and Naim Qassem, Hezbollah’s secretary general, who authorized the strikes under pressure from Iran, is now a marked target for elimination,” Katz said in a post on X.

Katz further warned that any figures who “follow the path” of Iran’s former supreme leader, Ali Khamenei “will soon find themselves alongside him in the abyss of hell, together with all those eliminated from the axis of evil.”
