Israeli Army Calls for Immediate Evacuation of Baalbek, Ain Bourday, and Douris Residents

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an urgent message Wednesday, urging residents of Baalbek, Ain Bourday, and Douris in eastern Lebanon to evacuate immediately.

In a post on X, Adraee advised residents to leave their homes and use specific exit routes: the Zahle-Baalbek Highway, Nahle-Baalbek Road, or Arz-Baalbek Road, as indicated on the provided evacuation map.

“Hezbollah’s presence necessitates Israeli military action in your city and villages, but our goal is not to harm civilians,” Adraee explained.

He also cautioned residents to avoid Hezbollah members, facilities, and equipment, warning that staying near them could endanger their safety.
