Israeli Army Issues New Evacuation Warning to Southern Lebanon Residents

In a recent communication on social media, Avichay Adraee, the Arabic-speaking spokesman for the Israeli army, issued a new warning to residents of several villages in southern Lebanon, asking them to evacuate their homes immediately.

The warning was addressed to the residents of the following villages: Hula, Mays al-Jabal, Blida, Muhaybib, Shaqra, Baraayishit, Majdel Selm, Qabrikha, Kounin, Bayt Yahoun, Jumeijmeh, Al-Tayri, Bani Hayyan, Al-Tamriyeh, Tuline, Deir Seryan, Al-Qusayr, Bafliya, Jabal Al-Aadas, Bayyad, Sarbeen, Burj Rahal, Ain Baal, Al-Rashidiya, Haniyeh.

Adraee indicated that Hezbollah's activities have forced the Israeli army to take countermeasures, heightening the risk to civilian life in the affected areas.

The warning specifically advised residents to avoid proximity to Hezbollah members, facilities, or weapons, stating that such proximity could significantly endanger their lives. Residents are instructed to evacuate and move north of the Awali River to ensure their safety.

In a stern note, Adraee highlighted the prohibition against moving south, declaring that any such action would further jeopardize the residents' safety. He assured the community that they would be informed of a safe time to return to their homes once the situation stabilizes.
