Iran Reviews US Response to Seven-Day Plan: We Are Preparing for All Scenarios
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharib Abadi announced that the United States sent its response to the Iranian seven-day plan, which Tehran conveyed to Washington through intermediaries, confirming that the American remarks are currently under review within Iran.
Gharib Abadi stated, in remarks regarding the latest developments in negotiations between Iran and the United States, that the proposal presented by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in New York was sent to the American side through intermediaries, before Washington provided its comments on it.
He added that these remarks are under study within the relevant institutions in Iran, clarifying that Tehran's final position will be announced through appropriate channels after completing the review.
The Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs confirmed that Iran, in parallel with studying the American response, maintains its readiness to deal with other scenarios.
In this context, a member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee in the Iranian Shura Council, Aladdin Boroujerdi, stated that the United States sent proposals to Iran via Qatar.
