Lebanese Army Clarifies Identity of Man Seen Fleeing After Ain Saadeh Strike
The Lebanese Army said on Tuesday that the man captured on video leaving a building by motorcycle shortly after an Israeli airstrike on Sunday in the Ain Saadeh area was a delivery worker, according to a statement from the Army’s Directorate of Orientation.

There's Only So Much Lebanon's Army Can Do Against Hezbollah
On March 2, Hezbollah fired rockets at Israel – though the decision for it to do so was almost certainly made by Iran – carrying Lebanon into a new war with Israeli forces. On the same day, Lebanon's government declared Hezbollah's military and security activities illegal. Shortly thereafter, army commander General Rodolphe Haykal made it clear to Prime Minister Nawaf Salam that the military did not have the means to implement the government's decision. Now, the Lebanese army finds itself in an uncomfortable position.

Hungary’s Orban Moves to Form New EU Parliament Group
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Sunday announced he wanted to form a new EU parliament alliance, together with Austria’s far-right party and the Czech centrist group of ex-premier Andrej Babis.
“We take on the responsibility to launch this new platform and new faction. I want to make it clear that this is our goal,” Orban told reporters at a joint press conference with Austria’s Freedom Party leader Herbert Kickl and Babis, calling for other parties’ support.
The new alliance will need support from parties from four other countries to be recognized as a group in the EU parliament.
