Head of travel agencies, Jean Abboud, announced that "about 90 or 95 percent of the reservations for tourist groups, extending until the first two months of 2024, have been cancelled."

"The repercussions of the situation in Gaza and on the Lebanese border have led to the cancellation of many travel tickets," Abboud said.

"For about a month now, 50 tickets are cancelled daily," he added.
