Kataeb lawmaker Elias Hankach voiced his refusal over the appointment of a judge alternative to Bitar, saying that Aug. 4 Victims' families (we are one of them) want Judge Bitar to resume the investigation in parallel with an international one.

“The Minister of Justice is a minister in a resigned caretaker government, and he is thus a resigned minister who do not have the right to make such decision,” Hankach tweeted.
