Gemayel Visits Canada to Boost Diaspora Involvement in Lebanon's Politics

Kataeb Party leader Samy Gemayel arrived in Canada on a visit covering Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa, where he is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with members of the Lebanese diaspora and party cadres.

The visit is part of the party’s ongoing outreach to Lebanese communities abroad, underscoring the role of expatriates in supporting national causes and contributing to the restoration of state institutions, particularly during a critical period for Lebanon.

During his time in Canada, Gemayel will meet with spiritual, social, and economic community leaders to discuss the latest developments in Lebanese politics as well as to foster dialogue and engagement. He is also expected to give an insight into the Kataeb Party’s stance on key national priorities, including the upcoming parliamentary elections and ensuring the full political participation of Lebanese citizens living abroad.
