The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants strongly condemned, in a statement on Tuesday, "the terrorist blast that targeted a mosque in the Pakistani city of Peshawar, killing and wounding tens of innocents."

"The Foreign Ministry offers heartfelt condolences for the friendly government of Pakistan and the families of victims, and wishes speedy recovery of the wounded. It also stresses its full solidarity with Pakistan in these painful circumstances," read the statement.
