Kim Kardashian Has 'No Regrets' About Ending Keeping Up With the Kardashians

Kim Kardashian has revealed she has “no regrets” about the end of hit show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The Hollywood star and her celebrity family were integral to the success of the award-winning show during its impressive 14-year tenure.

But after emotional scenes in the final ever episode of the show this week, Kim stressed: "I have no regrets. This was, like, the best decade and a half of my life.

“I feel like the luckiest girl in the entire world that I get to work with my family every single day.

"This is who I am. This show made who we are, and I'll never take that for granted."

The series ended with plenty of tears and hugs for the TV crew that had followed the wealthy family in its most intimate moments.

There was also the burial of a time capsule to mark the end of an incredible run of a show which found worldwide success.

Matriarch Kris Jenner buried the certificate she received when she trademarked the word "momager" in 2017 for managing the family's interests, while her daughter Kylie Jenner contributed the lip gloss kits that made her a billionaire.

But despite ending the show, fans have an exciting two-part reunion took look forward too on June 17 and 20.

And reality TV star Kim and her popular family have agreed a deal for a new series on streaming platform Hulu that is expected to launch later in 2021.

Details are clouded in mystery at the moment, but Kris has teased the show as the "the next chapter" for the family.

Over the years, the show chronicled the personal and professional lives of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, including Kim’s failed marriage to rapper Kanye West, sister Khloe Kardashian's acrimonious split with basketball player Lamar Odom, and the iconic gender transition of patriarch Bruce Jenner to Caitlyn Jenner.

It also launched Kim and her half-sister Kylie’s beauty and fashion empires, as well as Kendall Jenner's modelling career, spin-off shows for Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian and a social media presence in which Kim now counts some 227 million Instagram followers.

And there were plenty more thrills and spills along the way as the Kardashians quickly established themselves as household names.

Kanye and Caitlyn did not appear in the final episode, which was filmed last winter, before Kim filed for her divorce and Caitlyn announced she was running for election as California governor.

The hit show made its debut on NBC Universal's E! Network in 2007, now airs in some 90 nations in 20 languages and catapulted the Kardashians and some of their extended family to worldwide fame.

However, audiences of KUPWK in the United States have declined in the past year to under one million from about four million at the height of the show's fame.

The family announced last September that they would end the show but gave no reasons for the decision.
