Pop singer Taylor Swift topped the list of highest-paid celebrities for 2019 with a pretax income of $185m, according to Forbes.
Only 16 women made it into the top 100.
Model Kylie Jenner came second ($170m) with other women also making it to the list such as JK Rowling in number 13 ($92m), Beyonce in twentieth position ($81m), comedian Ellen DeGeneres, socialite Kim Kardashian West, Scarlett Johansson, singers Rihanna, Katy Perry and Pink.
As for the highest-paid male celebrities, rapper Kanye West got the third position in the list with $150m in earnings, Messi came fourth ($127m), English singer Ed Sheeran came fifth ($110m), football star Cristiano Ronaldo ($109m) and footballer Neymar ($105m) ended up in sixth and seventh spots respectively.
Forbes ranks the celebrities using their pretax earnings from 1 June, 2018 through to 1 June, 2019 before deducting fees for managers, lawyers and agents.
