The value of any Hezbollah leader’s speech is falling faster than that of the Lebanese lira. There is no scale to measure the gap between Hassan Nasrallah’s addresses in 2006 and Naim Qassem’s latest lecture. This is complete bankruptcy. Kataeb politburo member Rita Boulos, on Monday, said that the Lebanese Army has finally ousted Popular Front members from Damour, hailing the military as the sole guarantor of stability and security.
"Finally, the Lebanese Army, in cooperation with the Damour municipality, has succeeded in expelling the members of the Popular Front out of their hideouts in the town,” Boulos wrote on her X account.
"We all hope that the army will regain control over the security hotspots spread along the Shouf coast, in particular, and extend its sovereignty over the entire Lebanese territory because it is the sole guarantor of stability and security,” she added.
