Australian Ambassador to Lebanon, Andrew Barnes, on Wednesday wrote on "X" platform:

“A message to Australians in Lebanon: We continue to advise do not travel to Lebanon due to the volatile security situation and the risk of the security situation deteriorating further. If you want to leave Lebanon, take the first available commercial option.”
