Israeli Army Warns Lebanese Residents Against Moving Southward

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued a warning on X, advising residents of Lebanon to avoid moving southward to certain areas due to heightened security risks.

He emphasized: "Until further notice, travel south of the line encompassing the following villages and their surroundings is prohibited: Chebaa, Habbariyeh, Marjaayoun, Arnoun, Yohmor, Al-Qantara, Chaqra, Baraachit, Yater, and Al-Mansouri."

He reassured: "The Israeli army has no intention of targeting civilians. Therefore, returning to homes located south of this line is strictly forbidden until further notice."

Adraee further cautioned: "Anyone moving south of this line is placing themselves in danger. Additionally, avoid returning to these villages: Dhayra, Taybeh, Al-Tiri, Naqoura, Abu Chach, Ebel El Saqi, Al-Bayada, Jebbayn, Khraibeh, Khiam, Khirbet, Al-Matmoura, Al-Mari, Odaisseh, Qlayaa, Oum Touteh, Salib, Arnoun, Bint Jbeil, Beit Lif, Blida, Bani Haiyyan, Boustane, Ein Arab Marjayoun, Dibbine, Debaal, Deir Mimas, Deir Seryan, Houla, Halta, Hanin, Tayr Harfa, Yohmor, Yaroun, Yarine, Kfarhamam, Kfarkela, Kfarchouba, Al-Zaloutiyeh, Mhaibib, Meiss El Jabal, Meissat, Marwahin, Maroun al-Ras, Markaba, Aadshit al-Qusayr, Ain Ebel, Aainata, Aita al-Shaab, Aitaroun, Aalma El Chaeb, Arab al-Louaize, Qouzah, Rmaych, Ras al-Fakhar, Chebaa, Chihine, Chama, and Talousseh."
