Hakim: Lebanon Has the Opportunity to Build a Second Airport Through Existing Agreements with Neighboring Countries

Kataeb Political Bureau Member and Former Minister Alain Hakim wrote on "X": "Regardless of what is said about the airport issue, we must focus on the most practical and realistic options in terms of distances and location between regions. Lebanon can benefit from existing agreements with neighboring countries to build a second airport."

"Given that the Ministry of Public Works has been operating under the same approach for decades, it would be more appropriate for another entity to take over this project by initiating competitive tenders," he added.
