Will Israel Defy the Ceasefire Agreement on South Lebanon and Border Villages?
The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that "Israel is expected to convey a message to the United States stating that it will not withdraw from southern Lebanon within the 60-day deadline stipulated in the ceasefire agreement."
It further stated, "Israel is also expected to convey to the United States that it will prevent residents of Lebanese villages near the border from returning to their homes."
