The Lebanese Security Forces on Wednesday night arrested the man who shot dead nine people in the village on Baakline earlier this week.
According to the National News Agency, Mazen Harfoush was detained around Ain Baal municipality in the Chouf region.
Based on preliminary investigations, Harfoushe admitted that he killed his wife Manal and his brother Fawzi which brings the total number of deaths to 10, NNA added.
A security source told The Daily Star that six Syrian nationals and three Lebanese were among the victims.
