Mikati Issues Administrative Memo Announcing Closure During Eid Al-Adha on June 17th, 18th
In light of the upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday, Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued Memorandum No. 19/2024, directing the closure of public administrations, public institutions, and municipalities.
Citing Decree No. 15315 dated September 27, 2005, and its subsequent amendments regarding the designation of official holidays and occasions, the memorandum stipulates that all public administrations, public institutions, and municipalities will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, June 17th and 18th, 2024, in observance of Eid al-Adha.
