Makhzoumi Stands in Solidarity with Gemayel, Denounces Defamation and Oppression Campaigns Against Lebanese Defenders of Freedom
Lawmaker Fouad Makhzoum expressed his full solidarity with Kataeb Leader Samy Gemayel.
"Lebanon is a country built on respect for public freedoms and freedom of expression. It is unacceptable to launch campaigns of defamation and oppression against any free Lebanese defending the security, sovereignty, and freedom of his country, and seeking the regularization of institutions and the adoption of the constitution as a gateway to resolving all crises," Makhzoumi wrote on "X" platform.
"Greetings to Kataeb Leader Gemayel and to Kataeb members, and to every honorable and steadfast Lebanese who prioritizes the interests of his country and people above all else," he added.
