He requested a report on offshore money transfers from Lebanon through bank remittances despite Lebanese banks curtailing restrictions on such transactions.

Hankache invoked the country’s right to Access to Information Law in order to provide a conclusive overview over the raging talks on the aforementioned transfers, especially following talks of its occurrence.
