The real measure does not lie in the millions of accumulated, worthless Lebanese pounds, especially after bills have multiplied in price.

Instead, it lies in assessing the revenue based on production, which reflects no improvement in actual figures, especially since many individuals have resorted to disabling electricity meters or connecting cables from external sources.
