Lebanese Army Dismantled 500 Hezbollah Military Sites South of Litani, Ceasefire Committee Says

The Lebanese Army has dismantled 500 Hezbollah military infrastructure sites and weapons depots located south of the Litani River, the committee monitoring the implementation of the ceasefire told local broadcaster LBCI.

The committee, tasked with overseeing the enforcement of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, said the dismantling operations have taken place since the start of its mandate, highlighting ongoing efforts by the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) to reduce the presence of non-state military actors in the area.
