Israeli Strike Hits Motorbike Near Tyre as Tensions Escalate in Southern Lebanon

An Israeli drone strike targeted a motorbike near the Abbasiyyeh intersection in the southern city of Tyre earlier on Wednesday, according to local media reports.

The strike has reportedly caused significant damage to nearby properties, homes, and vehicles, leaving several people injured.

The National News Agency also reported that at approximately 10:55 AM today, Israeli warplanes launched an airstrike on the town of Aita al-Shaab in the Bint Jbeil district, deploying two concussion missiles. The explosions were so intense that their reverberation was felt as far as Tyre and Nabatieh.

Additionally, Israeli artillery shelled the town of Houla.

In response, Hezbollah announced that it had targeted and destroyed Israeli surveillance equipment at the Al-Mutlaa site and claimed a direct hit on the Zibdin barracks in Shebaa Farms, using rocket-propelled weapons.
