Ariana Grande is facing a lawsuit for posting a photographer's picture of herself on her Instagram account last year, legal documents indicated.

The singer is accused of copyright breach as Robert Barberab claims that she had not ask for his permission or paid to use two of his snaps.

The plaintiff is seeking damages of up to $25,000 for each picture she uploaded, noting that the post was liked 3,392,035 times before being deleted.
