In a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Rudakov, Caretaker Foreign Minister, Abdallah Bou Habib, on Thursday addressed bilateral ties, as well as upcoming international conferences. Minister Bou Habib emphasized the importance of a political solution to the Ukrainian crisis, one that involves all parties and preserves the dignity of those involved.

Bou Habib also welcomed the newly appointed Bosnian and Herzegovinian Ambassador to Lebanon, Slavko Matanovic, who paid him a courtesy visit. Additionally, Bou Habib held discussions with MP Nada Boustani.
