Baissari Appoints New Head for Masnaa Border Crossing
MTV website has learned that the Acting Director General of General Security, Major General Elias Baissari, appointed Lieutenant Colonel Ihab Derani as the head of the Masnaa Border Crossing between Lebanon and Syria, succeeding Lieutenant Colonel Ahmad Nakad.
Nakad has been placed at the disposal of the Personnel Affairs Office after being referred for investigation by a committee of three officers to examine the charges against him.
